Booking Your Holiday - only persons over the age of 18 can book a holiday with us. All persons in the party must be named at the time of booking. To secure the dates a deposit must be paid.
The balance, or full cost (if booking at less than 30 days prior to arrival) must be received by us no less than 30 days prior to your arrival date. If it is not received we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled and apply the cancellations charges.
On completion of booking and deposit payment you will be sent written confirmation, and you will have entered into a binding contract with us with that written confirmation. This is governed by English law.
The prices published on the site may be subject to change, but the price of your holiday will not increase after it has been confirmed to you at the time of booking.
If you wish to make amendments to your booking you should notify us in writing as soon as possible, we will endeavour to meet your requests, any changes may be subject to a £25 admin fee. If we cannot meet your request then you will have the choice of proceeding with your originally booked holiday or cancelling.
If you need to cancel your holiday notify us immediately, if you cancel within 30 days of the start of the holiday you will remain liable to pay the full cost unless we are able to re-let the caravan. If we are able to re-let the cost of the holiday will be refunded less a £25 per person cancellation fee. You may be asked to provide documents of proof of booking when requesting a cancellation.
Changes made by us - occasionally it may be necessary for us to make changes to your booking. This is usually for circumstances beyond our control and we must reserve the right to do so. Most changes will be small, if we need to make a significant change we will notify you as soon as is possible. You will be given a choice to accept the changes, an alternative holiday, or request cancellation with a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any costs and expenses you may incur as a result of any change.
Cancellations made by us - rarely we may find it necessary to cancel a holiday and must reserve the right to do so. We will only cancel holidays if you fail to may payment in full or on time and we are forced to do so, or as a result of unusual or unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control. We will offer you the choice of an alternative holiday if available or a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any costs and expenses you may incur as a result of a cancellation made by us.
We accept responsibility to ensure all parts of your contract are performed properly, except where any failure is due to your own acts or omissions or those of a third party not connected with the provision of your holiday, or an unavoidable event that we could not have foreseen. If you have any complaints during your stay please provide full written detains within 30 days of the end of your holiday. We cannot accept liability for any loss or damage to property unless this was directly due to our own acts or omissions or those of our contractors.
We sincerely hope you will not encounter any problems during your stay, please notify us immediately if you do. Most problems are capable of being rectified quickly, should you remain unhappy please write to us with your detailed complaint within 30 days of the end of your holiday. We will investigate the matter and strive to come to an amicable solution where possible.
In the interests of all park guests, in the unusual event of nuisance, annoyance or damage being caused by anyone in your party, we or the park management reserve the right to ask such persons to leave and/or pay for any cleaning/repairs or replacements as necessary. In the event of this being necessary, we cannot make any refunds or be responsible for any costs/expenses incurred.
Holiday bookings are from 4pm on the day of arrival to 10.30am on the day of departure unless otherwise stated. Bookings are normally Friday to Friday but requests for other arrival days and shorter breaks will be considered on an individual basis.
Dogs may be allowed to stay in the caravan at the owners discretion. Site rules dictate dogs should be kept on lead at all times in and around the park and permitted buildings, except when in the dog exercise area or on the beach. Please make sure that your dog does not foul the site. If any excessive cleaning needs to be done because of your pet, £100 will be charged.
Park membership is payable to be able to holiday on site at St Audries Bay Holiday Club. Availability of facilities vary with the season and other reasons such as illness/staffing/pandemic/mechanical breakdown etc... Refunds will not be given if facilities are not available during your stay.
We reserve the right to refuse a booking or terminate a guests holiday in the event of unreasonable conduct which in our opinion is likely to cause distress, damage, danger or annoyance to other guests, park employees, property or third party.
No commercial vehicles are permitted on site, contact Reception for more details
Electric vehicles cannot be charged from any caravans or touring pitches.
E-scooters, Quad bikes, trial bikes and powered scooters are not permitted on site.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted in the caravan or any park buildings, we reserve the right to charge £100 extra for cleaning if anyone smokes or vapes in the caravan during their stay.
